Terms of Service and Distance Sales Agreement

These Terms of Service and Distance Sales Agreement (the "Terms") are the contract for using and buying pinqloq, a hosted logging service. pinqloq is provided by Furkan Türkan, a sole proprietorship established in Türkiye (clause 1.1). Top-ups are sold to you by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record (clause 3). Our Refund Policy and Annexes A and B below form part of the Agreement. Please read the Terms before you register. You can print this page or save it from your browser.

Key points

These points are a summary. The clauses below apply.

1. Pre-contract information

This clause gives the information that you must receive before you enter into the Agreement. It applies to every customer and is part of the Agreement.

1.1 The Provider

The e-mail address above is also the address for complaints, withdrawal notices and all other notices.

1.2 Main characteristics of the Service

pinqloq is a hosted service for collecting, storing, searching and displaying log records. Your applications send log records through our SDKs to Collections, which you organise in Projects. In the Dashboard you manage Projects, Collections, Retention Periods, keys, Team Members and billing. You read stored log records in the Live Panel and, through the MCP Server, in AI clients that you connect.

The Service has these limits:

Functionality and compatibility: the Service works over the internet. You need internet access, a current web browser for the Dashboard and the Live Panel, and an application that can use one of our SDKs. The supported languages and frameworks are listed in our documentation. To use the MCP Server you need an AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol. The Dashboard, the Live Panel and the documentation are in English. Payments can be made only on the web, as clause 4.6 describes.

1.3 Prices, taxes and total cost

Retention price list: for a Retention Period of more than 3 days, the monthly price per Collection is $2 plus $46 multiplied by the number of days above 3 and divided by 361, rounded down to a whole dollar. The table applies this rule to every Retention Period. A Collection that keeps log records for more than 364 days is charged the price for 364 days.

The Pricing Page shows the prices in detail. All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Before you add a Collection or lengthen a Retention Period, the Dashboard shows the amount that will be charged. The Dashboard also shows the monthly total for your Collections and the amount and date of your next Monthly Charge.

Tax: when you buy a Top-up, Paddle calculates any applicable tax, such as VAT or sales tax, and adds it to the amount of the Top-up. The Paddle checkout, which opens in a checkout window in the Dashboard or on our checkout page and contains Paddle's secure payment form, shows the tax and the total you will pay, as calculated by Paddle, before you pay. You pay for the Service with the prepaid credit you have bought, so no further tax is added when a Monthly Charge or a Paid Change is deducted from your Balance.

Total cost: your total cost for a Billing Period is the Monthly Charge plus the tax that Paddle added to the Top-ups whose credit pays for it. For example, if Paddle applies tax at a rate of 20% in your country, a Monthly Charge of $10 is paid with credit that cost you $12 including tax. Paddle determines the rate that applies to you; the Paddle checkout shows the resulting tax amount and the total before you pay.

Other costs: we charge no other fees. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion, because payments are made in US dollars.

1.4 Payment

You buy Top-ups in the Paddle checkout with a payment method that Paddle offers you there. An Authorization for Automatic Top-up can be given only with a card or Google Pay. Monthly Charges and Paid Changes are paid from your Balance.

1.5 Start and delivery of the Service

The Service is supplied electronically. Nothing is delivered physically. Your Account can be used as soon as it is created and you sign in with the one-time code we e-mail to you. No payment is needed for the parts of the Service that have no charge. A Top-up is added to your Balance after Paddle reports the payment as completed and our check of the payment with Paddle succeeds. A paid Collection or a longer Retention Period is provided from the moment its charge is taken from your Balance.

1.6 Duration and ending

The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite term, with monthly Billing Periods (clause 6.4). You can cancel in the Dashboard at any time, with effect at the end of the paid Billing Period (clause 9.2), or ask us by e-mail to close your Account at any time (clause 9.4). If you are a Consumer, you also have the rights in clause 9.5.

1.7 Right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer, you may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason (clause 12). To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address in clause 1.1. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex B. You can also withdraw with the "Withdraw from contract here" function in Billing in the Dashboard (clause 12.2). If you withdraw, we refund all payments you made for your Account as clause 12.3 explains. You may also withdraw from a single Top-up within 14 days after you paid for it, and we then refund that Top-up in full (clause 12.4). Using the Service during the withdrawal period does not end your right of withdrawal, and we do not rely on any legal exception to the right of withdrawal for the Agreement or for Top-ups. If you are a Business Customer, you have no right of withdrawal under the Agreement.

1.8 Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints to [email protected] (clause 18). If you are a Consumer in Türkiye, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee for your place of residence or for the place where you made the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year under Article 68 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, or, after first applying to a mediator as required by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, to the consumer court. If you are a Consumer elsewhere, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live (clause 19).

1.9 How the Agreement is concluded, stored and corrected

  1. On the registration form, you enter a company name for your Account and your e-mail address.
  2. You tick the box confirming that you have read these Terms, including this pre-contract information, the Refund Policy and, if you are a Business Customer, the limitation of liability, indemnity and jurisdiction clauses (clauses 14.2, 14.4 and 19), and that you accept them, and the box confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy. Selecting "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Policy" on the form opens that document, and the first paragraph of these Terms links to the Refund Policy.
  3. You select Register and sign in with the one-time code we e-mail to you. We record your acceptance and your confirmation as clause 21.1 describes.
  4. To add a paid Collection or lengthen a Retention Period, you review the amount the Dashboard shows and confirm with the button that states the amount you will pay, for example "Add and pay $4".
  5. To resume the subscription after its cancellation has taken effect, you review the amount the Dashboard shows and confirm with the button that states the amount you will pay, for example "Resume and pay $4". If nothing is due, the button reads "Resume subscription".
  6. To buy a Top-up, you enter the amount in the Dashboard, read the notice above the Continue to secure checkout button, which links to these Terms and the Refund Policy, and select that button. The Paddle checkout then opens in a checkout window in the Dashboard, or on our checkout page if that window cannot be used. There you review the tax and the total and pay in Paddle's secure payment form.

You can check and correct your entries in each form before you confirm it. If you close the Paddle checkout without paying, nothing is charged. You can then reopen that checkout or cancel it in Billing; a checkout that is neither paid nor cancelled expires after 24 hours.

The Agreement is concluded when your Account is created. Each Top-up is a separate transaction between you and Paddle, concluded when you pay in the Paddle checkout.

The page at pinqloq.pinqponq.io/distance-sales.html always shows the current version of the Agreement and the date it was last updated. You can print it or save it from your browser. When your Account has been created, and each time you accept a new version of these Terms, we send the Admins of your Account an e-mail with these Terms (including this pre-contract information with the price list in clause 1.3, and Annexes A and B), the Refund Policy and the model withdrawal form attached as files, in the version you accepted and marked with its date. Each version from the version of September 15, 2026 onwards also remains available, unchanged, at its own address, which that e-mail gives. This version is at pinqloq.pinqponq.io/legal/terms-of-service-2026-09-22.html, with the Refund Policy that applies with it at pinqloq.pinqponq.io/legal/refund-policy-2026-09-22.html. Versions in force before September 15, 2026 were published only on our website, without a dated address, and we keep a copy of each of them. On request by e-mail, we send you again the version that applied to you, including a version in force before September 15, 2026. The Agreement is available in English.

2. Scope, parties and definitions

2.1 Parties

The Agreement is between the Provider named in clause 1.1 ("we", "us", "our") and the person or organisation that registers the Account ("you", "your", the "Customer").

2.2 Consumers and Business Customers

Some clauses apply only to Consumers and some only to Business Customers. You are a "Consumer" if you are an individual using the Service for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, or an organisation acting for non-commercial and non-professional purposes where the law of Türkiye treats it as a consumer. Every other customer is a "Business Customer". Whether you are a Consumer depends on the purpose for which you use the Service. If you are a Consumer, a clause for Consumers prevails over any other clause of the Agreement.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account or to buy a Top-up. If you register for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept the Agreement on its behalf, and the organisation is the Customer.

2.4 Definitions

2.5 Documents and precedence

The Agreement consists of these Terms, the Refund Policy, Annex A (Data Processing Addendum) and Annex B (Model withdrawal form). The Refund Policy restates the refund rights created by these Terms and explains how they work. If the documents conflict: for a Consumer, the provision more favourable to the Consumer applies; otherwise, Annex A (and the standard contractual clauses it incorporates) prevails for personal data in Log Records, then these Terms, then the Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy is information about how we process personal data and is not part of the Agreement. The Paddle Buyer Terms govern each transaction between you and Paddle. Where they and the Agreement both give you a right, you may use either.

3. Paddle as reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means that Paddle sells you each Top-up, processes the Authorization, charges your payment method, calculates and collects tax, issues invoices and receipts, and handles payment questions, refunds and chargebacks for those transactions. The Paddle company that sells to you depends on where you are: Paddle.com Inc. if you are in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. if you are in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited everywhere else. Each transaction with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, and Paddle's own refund rules are in the Paddle Refund Policy.

We provide the Service. For questions about the Service itself, such as your Account, your Collections, your Log Records or a technical problem, contact us at [email protected]. For payment questions you can also contact Paddle at paddle.net.

We remain responsible to you for the Service and for your rights under the Agreement and under mandatory law. You may also send a withdrawal notice or a refund request for a Top-up to Paddle, which handles it under the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. A withdrawal notice under clause 12 that you send to Paddle is on time if Paddle receives it within the withdrawal period, and our time limits under clause 12 run from the day Paddle passes it to us or we otherwise learn of it. Requests under the Agreement are handled fastest when you send them to us. We do not issue invoices for transactions with Paddle and do not ask you to pay us directly for them. Invoices and receipts for Top-ups are issued by Paddle and are available from Billing in the Dashboard. Your bank or card statement shows these payments as made to Paddle, for example with a description beginning "PADDLE.NET*".

4. The Service

4.1 What the Service includes

The Service is described in clause 1.2 and in our documentation. We may improve, add or remove features under clause 16.

4.2 Accounts, Admins and Team Members

When you register, your Account is created with one Admin: the person whose e-mail address was entered on the registration form. The Admin signs in to the Dashboard with a one-time code sent to that address, so the address must be one the Admin controls. The Admin can invite up to 3 Team Members. A Team Member signs in to the Live Panel with the e-mail address and the password set by the Admin, and sees only the Collections the Admin allows. Team Members cannot use the Dashboard. The Admin can also set a Live Panel password for their own use. You are responsible for the people you give access to, for their use of the Service and for removing access that is no longer needed. Before you give a Team Member access, you must tell them that we process their personal data as our Privacy Policy describes and where they can read it.

4.3 Keys

Each Project has one Ingest Key. Your Account can also have one company MCP Key, which gives access to every Collection, and one MCP Key for each Team Member who needs one, which gives access only to that Team Member's Collections. The Dashboard shows a key in full only when it is created or regenerated. Keep all keys secret: anyone who has a key can send or read the Log Records that the key covers. If a key may have been exposed, regenerate or revoke it in the Dashboard at once. An MCP Key lets an AI client that you connect read your Log Records through the MCP Server. You choose that client, and it is operated by its own provider under its own terms.

4.4 Limits

Each Collection accepts up to 250 MiB of log data per UTC day. Data above this limit is refused with HTTP status 429 until the next UTC day, and refused records are not stored and not charged. We also apply rate limits to protect the Service, and requests above them are refused. The Retention Period of a Collection can be set between 3 and 364 days. You are responsible for how your applications handle refused requests.

4.5 Availability and support

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and to restore it after an interruption. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, for security measures or by events outside our control (clause 14.3). We give support by e-mail at [email protected] in English or Turkish. Clause 14.2(d) applies to availability for Business Customers.

4.6 Payments only on the web

Top-ups and the Authorization can be started only in the web Dashboard at pinqloq.pinqponq.io. You can change the payment method of the Authorization in the web Dashboard. Paddle may also let you update that payment method through its own e-mails or customer portal; clause 8.8 then applies.

5. Acceptable use and content

5.1 Your Log Records

You decide what your Log Records contain. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data in them and for informing the people concerned, as data protection law requires.

5.2 Prohibited use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

5.3 Sensitive data

Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, secrets or keys, special categories of personal data (such as health data) or data about criminal convictions in Log Records, unless you have a lawful basis for doing so and have applied appropriate redaction. Our SDKs mask a built-in list of common credential names by default, and you can configure further redaction as our documentation describes. The built-in masking cannot recognise every sensitive value and is not a guarantee that none will be stored.

5.4 Reports of illegal content and our response

Anyone can report content in the Service that they believe is illegal by e-mail to [email protected], giving the reasons, the location of the content where known, their name and e-mail address and a statement that the report is made in good faith. We do not monitor the content of Log Records. We confirm receipt of a report by e-mail, a person at pinqloq reviews it and decides on it, and we tell the person who made the report our decision and that it can be challenged in court. If we receive such a report or otherwise become aware of illegal content, we may restrict access to the content concerned or suspend the relevant Ingest Key, MCP Key or Account. When we take such a measure, we give you a statement of reasons that explains the facts, the clause of the Agreement or the law we relied on, how you can respond and that you can challenge the decision in court, unless the law prevents us or doing so would harm an investigation. Authorities and users can contact us at [email protected] in English or Turkish.

6. Prices, Balance and charges

6.1 Prices

The prices are set out in clause 1.3, which lists the price of every Retention Period. Your prices are those in clause 1.3 of the version of these Terms that applies to you, and a change to them applies to you only as clause 16 provides. The Pricing Page and the Dashboard always show the current prices.

6.2 Prepaid Balance

Your Balance is prepaid credit in US dollars that can be used only to pay for the Service in your Account. It is not money held for you. It cannot be transferred to another Account or person, cannot be used to pay anyone other than us, bears no interest and does not expire. Unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle is refunded only as the Refund Policy states. Credit we add free of charge, for example as a goodwill gesture, can be used for the Service but is not paid out. Credit added under clauses 6.7, 9.5, 9.6, 13, 16 and A.6 is not free credit, because it comes from amounts you paid.

6.3 Top-ups

Each Top-up must be within the minimum and maximum shown in the Dashboard, currently $10.00 to $10,000.00, with at most two decimal places. You pay the amount of the Top-up plus tax in the Paddle checkout. Your Balance increases by exactly the amount before tax, and only after Paddle reports the payment as completed and our check of the payment with Paddle succeeds. Tax is never added to your Balance. If a payment cannot be verified automatically, we review it and contact you. Closing the checkout without paying charges nothing, and Billing then lets you reopen it or cancel it. A Top-up checkout that is neither paid nor cancelled expires after 24 hours.

6.4 Billing Periods and the Monthly Charge

Billing Periods are consecutive months counted from the date and time your Account was created. For example, if your Account was created at 14:00 UTC on 10 March, each Billing Period starts at 14:00 UTC on the 10th of a month. If your Account was created on the 29th, 30th or 31st, a Billing Period that would start on a day the month does not have starts on the last day of that month instead, and the next one starts again on the original day.

Your first Billing Period starts when your Account is created. At the start of each later Billing Period, we deduct the Monthly Charge from your Balance, in advance for that Billing Period. The Monthly Charge is the total monthly price of all Collections in your Account at that time, after applying any Retention Period reduction that takes effect then (clause 6.6). Our billing process runs about every hour, so the Monthly Charge may be taken shortly after the Billing Period starts. If the Monthly Charge is $0, nothing is deducted. In Billing, each Monthly Charge is shown as "Subscription for" followed by the dates on which the Billing Period starts and ends.

If you add a Collection that has a per-collection fee or a Retention Period longer than 3 days, lengthen a Retention Period, or resume your subscription after its cancellation has taken effect (clause 9.2), we deduct the resulting increase in the monthly price for the rest of the current Billing Period at once. The amount is in proportion to the time left in the Billing Period and is rounded to the nearest whole dollar. This is a "Paid Change".

6.6 Reductions

If you shorten a Retention Period, the shorter period takes effect at the end of the Billing Period you have paid for, on the next charge date shown in the Dashboard. Until then the longer Retention Period stays. If that date has already passed, for example because a Monthly Charge is unpaid, the shorter period takes effect the next time our billing process runs for your Account, before any charge is calculated; if your cancellation has already taken effect, it takes effect when you resume the subscription. You can undo a scheduled reduction before it takes effect by setting the Retention Period back to its current length. Once the shorter period applies, Log Records older than it are deleted. No refund or credit is given for a reduction.

6.7 Deleting Collections and Projects

If you delete a Collection, all of its Log Records are deleted immediately and permanently. If the current Billing Period was paid, we credit the unused part of that Collection's monthly price to your Balance, in proportion to the time left in the Billing Period and rounded to the nearest whole dollar. No credit is given while a Monthly Charge is unpaid, while your Account is suspended, after your cancellation has taken effect, or if we did not charge the current Billing Period because we had deactivated your Account. For a Collection added during the current Billing Period, the credit is never more than the amount charged for that Collection in that Billing Period. The credit becomes part of your Balance, which you can use or have refunded under the Refund Policy.

If you delete a Project, all of its Collections and their Log Records are deleted immediately and permanently, and no credit is given. To receive the credit for paid Collections, delete them one by one before you delete the Project.

If you delete a Collection that has no per-collection fee, the oldest remaining Collection in your Account that has the fee stops paying it from then on.

6.8 Disabled Collections and Projects

Disabling a Collection or a Project stops it from accepting new Log Records, but its price is still included in the Monthly Charge. To stop paying for a Collection, delete it.

6.9 Taxes, invoices and card statements

Paddle calculates tax from the information you give in the Paddle checkout, including any tax number. If you buy as a business with a valid tax number, Paddle may treat tax differently. Under the Paddle Buyer Terms, a tax-registered business that believes tax should not have been charged must contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction. Invoices and receipts for Top-ups are issued by Paddle (clause 3). We do not provide an invoice for giving the Authorization or for changing a payment method, because Paddle charges nothing for them.

7. Insufficient Balance, grace period and suspension

7.1 Failed Monthly Charge

If your Balance does not cover the Monthly Charge when it falls due, the charge is recorded as unpaid, the Billing Period is treated as unpaid and we try the charge again about every hour. The Service continues during this time. We tell the Admins by e-mail, unless an Automatic Top-up is being charged for the Monthly Charge under clause 8.

7.2 Grace period and suspension

If the Monthly Charge is still unpaid 3 days after our first failed attempt to take it, your Account is suspended. While your Account is suspended, every Ingest Key is switched off and our ingest service refuses Log Records with HTTP status 401. Log Records sent while your Account is suspended are not stored and cannot be recovered.

7.3 What suspension does not do

Suspension deletes nothing. Stored Log Records remain readable in the Live Panel and through the MCP Server until their Retention Periods end. The Dashboard remains available, and MCP Keys are not switched off.

7.4 Ending a suspension

When your Balance covers the Monthly Charge, for example after a Top-up, we charge the full Monthly Charge for the Billing Period running at that time, which is the one that started on the most recent monthly anniversary of your Account's creation, and switch ingest back on. If you reduce the monthly price of your Collections to $0, for example by deleting Collections, nothing is charged and ingest is switched back on. Billing Periods that passed entirely while the Monthly Charge was unpaid are not charged, and an unpaid amount is never added to a later charge.

7.5 Negative Balance

A refund or chargeback of a Top-up whose credit you have already used can make your Balance negative (see the Refund Policy). A negative Balance counts as insufficient for every charge. While it lasts, you cannot cancel in the Dashboard, and a Paid Change is refused unless an Automatic Top-up covers the whole shortfall. A negative Balance is settled from amounts you later add to your Balance. We do not send a separate invoice or payment demand for it. You can still close your Account under clause 9.4. If you are a Consumer and withdraw from the Agreement under clause 12, we do not ask you to pay a negative Balance. This clause does not limit our rights where credit was obtained by fraud.

8. Automatic top-up authorization

This clause sets out the terms of the optional automatic payments that you can authorize. The automatic payment terms shown in the Dashboard summarise it.

Automatic Top-up is optional and is off unless you turn it on. It can be turned on only in the web Dashboard, and only while we offer it. To turn it on, you choose a Fixed Amount and a Monthly Limit, read the automatic payment terms shown in the Dashboard, tick the box agreeing to them, which is never ticked in advance, and confirm. Each time you give the Authorization, turn Automatic Top-up on, or change the Fixed Amount or the Monthly Limit while it is on, we record your consent: the user who gave it, the version of the consent text, the time, the IP address recorded for the request, the browser user agent, the Fixed Amount, the Monthly Limit and, for a consent given together with an Authorization, the order reference of that Authorization's Paddle checkout.

8.2 The Authorization at Paddle

You give the Authorization by completing a Paddle checkout for a subscription priced at $0 that renews once a year at $0. Nothing is charged when you authorize. Only a card or Google Pay can be used; if the checkout is completed with another payment method, the Authorization is not accepted and the $0 subscription is cancelled. An authorization checkout that is not completed expires after 2 hours. Paddle stores the authorized payment method. Paddle may send you e-mails about the $0 subscription, including reminders where the law requires them. Each Automatic Top-up is a transaction between you and Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

8.3 When an Automatic Top-up is charged

While Automatic Top-up is on, an Automatic Top-up is charged only when a Monthly Charge or a Paid Change (adding a Collection, lengthening a Retention Period or resuming the subscription) needs more than your Balance, and only if all of these conditions are met:

The amount charged is the Fixed Amount plus tax, and the Fixed Amount is added to your Balance. At most one Automatic Top-up is charged for each Monthly Charge or Paid Change. It is charged only to the payment method of the Authorization. No other payment method is ever tried.

8.4 Monthly Limit

You set the Monthly Limit. It includes tax, must be at least the Fixed Amount and can be at most $50,000.00. The Fixed Amount can be from $10.00 to $10,000.00. The Monthly Limit applies to each Billing Period and starts again when a new Billing Period starts. Automatic Top-ups that are being processed count at their estimated total, completed ones count at the amount actually charged, and failed ones do not count. Refunds and chargebacks do not reduce the amount counted. Before each charge, we obtain an estimate of its total including tax and charge it only if that total fits within what is left of the Monthly Limit. If the tax finally applied by Paddle is higher than the estimate, that one charge can take the total above the Monthly Limit. In that case no further Automatic Top-up is charged in that Billing Period.

If a Paid Change needs an Automatic Top-up, the change is not made when the Automatic Top-up starts. After Paddle confirms the Automatic Top-up, the Dashboard checks the amount of the change again and submits it. If the amount of the change has risen, you are asked to confirm again. The Automatic Top-up stays in your Balance even if the change is then not made.

8.6 Failed or uncertain charges

8.7 Turning off, removing and ending the Authorization

8.8 Changing the payment method and saved payment methods

You can replace the authorized payment method in the Dashboard through a $0 Paddle checkout, which offers a card or Google Pay. If a change of the authorized payment method is completed with any other payment method, in the Dashboard or through a link from Paddle, the Authorization ends and Automatic Top-up is turned off; you can then give a new Authorization. If you chose in a Paddle checkout to save a payment method, the Dashboard lists it and you can delete it, unless it is the payment method of an active Authorization or an automatic charge is in progress.

8.9 Notices about Automatic Top-ups

We e-mail the Admins when an Automatic Top-up has been paid, when an Automatic Top-up was not charged, and when Automatic Top-up has been turned off because the Authorization ended. We also send the Admins an "Automatic payments confirmed" e-mail each time the Authorization you give becomes active while Automatic Top-up is on, you turn Automatic Top-up on, or you change the Fixed Amount or the Monthly Limit while it is on. That e-mail states the Fixed Amount and the Monthly Limit and explains how to turn automatic payments off. While Automatic Top-up stays on, we also send the Admins an "Automatic payments reminder" e-mail once a year, from 45 days before the $0 subscription's yearly renewal until that renewal. That e-mail states the Fixed Amount and the Monthly Limit, that nothing is charged for the $0 renewal, that Automatic Top-up stays on until you turn it off, and how to turn it off in the Dashboard or by cancelling the $0 subscription with Paddle. If we change this clause 8 other than solely to your benefit, clause 16 applies, and you can turn Automatic Top-up off before the change takes effect.

9. Duration, cancellation and termination

9.1 No fixed term

The Agreement continues until it is ended under this clause 9 or clause 12. Monthly Charges continue for each Billing Period while your Account has Collections with a price and the Agreement has not ended.

9.2 Cancelling in the Dashboard

An Admin can cancel the subscription in the Dashboard at any time, without giving reasons and without a fee. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the Billing Period you have paid for. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail to the Admins when it is made, and we e-mail them again when it takes effect. Until then the Service continues unchanged, and no further Monthly Charge is taken. You can undo the cancellation free of charge before it takes effect. After it has taken effect, you can resume the subscription: resuming charges the rest of the Billing Period running at that time in proportion (clause 6.5), and Monthly Charges then continue as before. The Dashboard does not accept a cancellation while a Monthly Charge is unpaid, while your Account is suspended or while your Balance is negative. In those cases you can still end the Agreement by e-mail under clause 9.4 and, if you are a Consumer, under clause 9.5.

9.3 When a cancellation takes effect

When a cancellation takes effect: any scheduled Retention Period reductions apply; every Ingest Key is switched off, so new Log Records are refused; no further Monthly Charge is taken; stored Log Records stay readable in the Live Panel and through the MCP Server until their Retention Periods end; the Account and its data are not deleted; and we tell the Admins by e-mail that the subscription has ended. If you are a Consumer, clause 9.5 also applies: within 15 days after the cancellation takes effect, we refund your unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle, unless you tell us that you want to keep it for resuming the subscription. If you are a Business Customer, unused Balance is not refunded automatically, but you can ask for it at any time under the Refund Policy. To close the Account, use clause 9.4.

9.4 Closing your Account by e-mail

You can end the Agreement and ask us to close your Account at any time by e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address of an Admin of the Account. If you are a Consumer ending the Agreement, you may also send your request from another address, as clause 9.5 describes. You can do this even while a Monthly Charge is unpaid, your Account is suspended or your Balance is negative. We close the Account within 7 days after we receive your request, or at the end of the paid Billing Period if you ask for that. When the Account is closed, log intake and all charges stop, your Collections and Log Records are deleted, and your account data is deleted as our Privacy Policy explains, except records we must keep by law. Before you ask, retrieve any Log Records you want to keep. Unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle is refunded on request under the Refund Policy. Closing the Account does not cancel amounts you lawfully owe, except as clause 12.3 provides.

9.5 Additional rights of Consumers

If you are a Consumer, you can end the Agreement at any time, without giving reasons and without any penalty, in the Dashboard (clause 9.2) or by e-mail to [email protected]. Please send the e-mail from the e-mail address of an Admin of the Account or include enough information for us to identify the Account. The e-mail route is available even while a Monthly Charge is unpaid, your Account is suspended or your Balance is negative, when the Dashboard does not accept a cancellation. A cancellation in the Dashboard takes effect at the end of the paid Billing Period; if you want the Agreement to end sooner, e-mail us. If you end the Agreement by e-mail, it takes effect no later than 7 days after we receive your request, unless you ask for it to take effect at the end of the paid Billing Period, and we take no charge for any time after it takes effect. When it takes effect, your Account is closed as clause 9.4 describes, and the credit and refund in this clause apply. When your termination takes effect before the end of a paid Billing Period, we credit the unused part of that Billing Period to your Balance. Within 15 days after the termination takes effect, we refund your unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle, without any deduction, as the Refund Policy describes; after a cancellation in the Dashboard, we do so unless you tell us that you want to keep your Balance for resuming the subscription. When you end the Agreement by e-mail, we confirm the termination by e-mail; if your e-mail did not come from the address of an Admin, we also send that confirmation to the Admin addresses of the Account. The Dashboard shows the date on which a cancellation made there takes effect, and we confirm such a cancellation by e-mail when it is made and again when it takes effect (clause 9.2).

9.6 Suspension or termination by us

We may end the Agreement by giving you at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. We may suspend the Service, or end the Agreement with immediate effect, only if:

While Paddle investigates a suspected abuse of payments, refunds or chargebacks, we may suspend the Service but not end the Agreement, and we restore the Service if the suspicion is not confirmed.

A suspension may consist of switching off keys or blocking access to the Account, and we choose a measure that is proportionate to its reason. Non-payment is handled only under clause 7. When we take a measure under this clause, we tell you the reasons and how you can respond, as clause 5.4 describes. If we end the Agreement without a breach on your part, we credit the unused part of the paid Billing Period to your Balance and refund your unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle. When the Agreement ends under this clause, the Account is closed as described in clause 9.4.

9.7 Survival

Clauses 6.2 (as far as it concerns refunds of unused Balance), 9.4 to 9.6 (as far as they concern closure, credits and refunds), 10.3, 10.4 (as far as it concerns retrieval, the further period of 30 days and deletion), 12, 13 (as far as it concerns refunds), 14, 16 (as far as it concerns credits and refunds) and 17 to 20, and Annex A until all Log Records have been deleted, continue to apply after the Agreement ends.

10. Log data, retention, access and deletion

10.1 Your content

You keep all rights in your Log Records. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, copy, process and display them only as needed to provide the Service to you, including to the people you give access to and to the AI clients you connect with an MCP Key.

10.2 Retention Periods

Each Collection deletes Log Records automatically once they are older than its Retention Period, counted from the date recorded in each Log Record. A longer Retention Period applies when it is charged (clause 6.5). A shorter one applies as clause 6.6 describes.

10.3 Deletion is permanent

Log Records that have expired or have been deleted cannot be restored, by us or by you. Backup copies of our systems are kept with our hosting provider in the same European Union region as our servers (clause 10.6). Deleted Log Records can remain in those copies only until the copies are replaced in the normal backup cycle, and they are not used to restore data for customers or for any other purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any Log Records you need beyond their Retention Period.

10.4 Access, retrieval and switching

While Log Records are stored, you can read them in the Live Panel and retrieve them through the MCP Server. The Service has no bulk export tool. You can ask us at any time, by e-mail to [email protected], to help you move your Log Records to another provider or to your own systems (a "switching request"). No notice period applies. After we receive a switching request:

You can also end the Agreement at any time under clause 9.2 or 9.4.

10.5 Our use of Log Records

We do not use Log Records for our own purposes, except to measure the volume of log data each Collection receives so that we can apply its limits, and to operate and secure the Service. We do not sell Log Records and do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.

10.6 Infrastructure and its jurisdiction

The Service runs on servers hosted by Contabo GmbH, a company established in Munich, Germany, in data centres in its European Union region. Log Records, account and billing data and the backup copies of our systems are stored there, so this infrastructure is subject to the law of the European Union and of the Member State in which the data centre is located. All traffic to and from the Service, including Log Records sent to the ingest service and Log Records read in the Live Panel or through the MCP Server, passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., a company established in the United States and subject to its law, which operates data centres in many countries (Annex A.6). We operate the Service from Türkiye, and the Agreement is governed by the law of Türkiye (clause 19).

To protect data held in the European Union, including non-personal data, against access or transfer by public authorities outside the European Union that would conflict with the law of the European Union or of a Member State:

We keep the information in this clause up to date.

11. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data for which we are the controller, such as account, billing and support data. It is information and is not part of the Agreement. For personal data in Log Records, we act as your processor under Annex A.

12. Right of withdrawal for Consumers

12.1 Who can withdraw, and when

If you are a Consumer, wherever you live, you may withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The 14 days start on the day your Account is created or, if later, on the day the first charge for the Service is taken from your Balance.

12.2 How to withdraw

To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address in clause 1.1, in English or Turkish. Please send it from the e-mail address of an Admin of the Account or include enough information for us to identify the Account. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex B, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your statement before the 14 days end. We acknowledge receipt by e-mail without undue delay. For a Top-up, you may also use Paddle's routes: you can ask for a refund at paddle.net, and consumers in the European Union can use the withdrawal button in Paddle's customer portal, as the Paddle Refund Policy describes.

You can also withdraw in the Dashboard. The "Withdraw from contract here" function is available to Admins in Billing, including throughout the withdrawal period. If you cannot sign in to the Dashboard or use the function, withdraw by e-mail or post as described above. Select the function, enter your name and, if you wish, further details, check the e-mail address shown for the confirmation, and then select "Confirm withdrawal". The Dashboard then shows the date and time at which we received your withdrawal, and we confirm receipt without undue delay by e-mail to the e-mail address of the Admin who submitted it, stating the content of the withdrawal and the date and time it was submitted. This function withdraws you from the Agreement under clause 12.3. If you want to withdraw only from a single Top-up (clause 12.4), send us your statement by e-mail or post, or use Paddle's routes.

12.3 Effects of withdrawing from the Agreement

If you withdraw from the Agreement:

The Refund Policy explains these refunds in more detail (Refund Policy, clause 5).

12.4 Withdrawing from a single Top-up

If you are a Consumer, you may also withdraw from any Top-up within 14 days after you paid for it, in the way described in clause 12.2. We then refund that Top-up in full through Paddle, including tax, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, and its credit is removed from your Balance. If you have already used part of that credit for the Service, your Balance can become negative, and clause 7.5 applies. The Agreement continues.

12.5 Paddle's rights

The Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy give their own withdrawal and refund rights for transactions with Paddle. If Paddle refunds a Top-up, the refunded credit is removed from your Balance as the Refund Policy explains. If you withdraw from the Agreement within the period in clause 12.1, clause 12.3 still means that you do not have to pay a negative Balance that results.

12.6 Business Customers

If you are a Business Customer, you have no right of withdrawal under the Agreement. Paddle may still apply its own policies to your payments.

13. Conformity of the Service for Consumers

If you are a Consumer, the Service must match its description in the Agreement, be fit for the purposes for which a service of this type is normally used, have the quality and performance you can reasonably expect, include the updates needed to keep it secure, and be supplied with reasonable care and skill. If it does not, including where it is defective within the meaning of Article 13 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, you have these rights whether or not we are at fault, and you may choose between them:

We bear all costs of the remedy you choose. We bring the Service into conformity or perform it again within a reasonable time, and in any event within 30 business days after your request. If you choose a price reduction, we refund the reduction through Paddle without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after your choice. If you end the Agreement, we refund through Paddle the price for the period in which the Service was not in conformity together with your unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle, within the same time. You may also claim damages under the law. Nothing in the Agreement limits the mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

14. Liability

14.1 Consumers

If you are a Consumer, we are liable for loss or damage you suffer because we breach the Agreement or fail to use reasonable care and skill, unless we prove that we are not at fault, as the Turkish Code of Obligations provides, and in any event as the consumer protection law that applies to you provides. We are liable for the people we use to perform the Agreement, including our subcontractors, as for ourselves. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by your own breach of the Agreement or by events outside our control under clause 14.3. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including your rights under clause 13. Log Records are deleted automatically when their Retention Period ends, and when you delete a Collection or Project or your Account is closed. Deletion that follows your settings or your actions is not a breach of the Agreement. This clause applies only as far as the consumer protection law that applies to you allows.

14.2 Business Customers

If you are a Business Customer:

  1. Nothing in the Agreement excludes or limits either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law, or for liability under the standard contractual clauses in Annex A to the extent they do not allow a limitation.
  2. Subject to (a), neither party is liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss.
  3. Subject to (a), our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service and the Agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts charged to your Balance for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and USD 100.
  4. The Service is provided without any guaranteed level of availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and to restore it after interruptions.
  5. You are responsible for the content of the Log Records you send, for having a lawful basis for any personal data in them, and for keeping copies of Log Records you need beyond their Retention Periods.

14.3 Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in providing the Service that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, action by a government or authority, a general failure of electricity or telecommunications networks or of the internet, or a cyber attack that could not reasonably have been prevented. A failure of one of our subcontractors, such as a hosting or payment service, is not an event outside our control unless it is itself caused by such an event. Our obligations are suspended while the event lasts, and we make reasonable efforts to limit its effects. If you are a Consumer, this clause does not affect your rights under clauses 9.5, 12 and 13 or the Refund Policy, including a price reduction for a period in which the Service was not provided.

14.4 Claims caused by a Business Customer's Log Records

If you are a Business Customer, you compensate us for claims by third parties, and for the reasonable costs of defending them, that arise from Log Records you sent in breach of clause 5 or of data protection law, except to the extent that we caused the claim.

15. Intellectual property

We and our licensors keep all rights in the Service, including the Dashboard, the Live Panel, the MCP Server, our website and our documentation. While the Agreement is in force, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own purposes in line with the Agreement. Our SDKs may be used under the licence published with each SDK package. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

16. Changes to the Service, prices and the Agreement

We may change the Service, our prices or the Agreement only for a valid reason, namely: to comply with a change in the law or with a decision of a court or authority; to reflect a change in the requirements of Paddle or of payment schemes; to protect the security or integrity of the Service; to add, improve or remove features; or to reflect changes in our costs of providing the Service, such as hosting, payment processing or taxes.

Changes that are solely to your benefit may take effect at once. A change that the law requires takes effect when the law requires it, and we tell you about it as soon as we reasonably can. We may also change the Service at once where this is needed to address a security risk, and we then tell you as soon as we reasonably can.

Any other change is an "adverse change". For an adverse change:

If you are a Consumer and a change to the Service that takes effect without your acceptance under the second paragraph of this clause affects your access to or use of the Service more than in a minor way, you may end the Agreement free of charge within 30 days after we tell you about the change or after the change is made, whichever is later, with the same credit and refund.

17. Notices and communication

We send notices to you by e-mail to the Admin addresses of your Account, so please keep them current. You can send notices to us by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address in clause 1.1, in English or Turkish. Notices by e-mail count as written notices where the law allows. If you are a Business Customer and the Turkish Commercial Code requires a notice of default or termination between merchants to be given in a particular form (by notary, registered letter, telegram or registered electronic mail with a secure electronic signature), that form applies to that notice.

18. Complaints

To make a complaint, e-mail [email protected] with the e-mail address of your Account and a description of the problem. We acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and send you a reasoned answer within 30 days. This does not prevent you from using the routes in clause 19 or from contacting Paddle about a payment.

19. Governing law and disputes

The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

If you are a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually live.

Applications can also be made electronically through e-Devlet.

If you are a Consumer elsewhere, you may bring proceedings relating to the Agreement in the courts of the place where you live. We bring proceedings against a Consumer only in the courts of the place where the Consumer lives.

If you are a Business Customer, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia (İstanbul Anadolu) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, to the extent the law allows the parties to agree on jurisdiction. The parties first apply to mediation where Article 5/A of the Turkish Commercial Code requires it.

Disputes with Paddle about a transaction with Paddle are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

20. General provisions

21. Acceptance and versions

21.1 Accepting the Agreement

You accept the Agreement when you tick the Terms of Service box on the registration form and create your Account. We create an Account only together with that acceptance and your confirmation that you have read the Privacy Policy. For each of the two documents, we record the Admin, the version of the document, the time in UTC, the IP address recorded for the request and the browser user agent.

The Agreement, including the Refund Policy, applies to every Top-up and Authorization. Before you start a Top-up or give an Authorization, the Dashboard shows a notice with links to these Terms and the Refund Policy, and the checkout window and our checkout page link to them too. A Top-up or an Authorization can be started only together with your acceptance of these Terms, and each time you start one, we record the same details for the version of these Terms that you accept, together with the order reference.

21.2 Paddle Buyer Terms

The Paddle Buyer Terms apply to each payment between you and Paddle.

21.3 Accounts created before September 15, 2026

If your Account was created before September 15, 2026, the provisions of this version that are solely to your benefit or required by law apply to you now. Its other provisions apply to you only when you accept this version, and until then the terms you accepted earlier continue to apply to those matters. You accept this version by replying to our e-mail about it, or by starting a Top-up or an Authorization after the Dashboard has told you that doing so means you agree to these Terms, including, if you are a Business Customer, the limitation of liability, indemnity and jurisdiction clauses (clauses 14.2, 14.4 and 19), and to the Refund Policy. We record an acceptance given by starting a Top-up or an Authorization as clause 21.1 describes. If you do not accept it, clause 16 applies as for an adverse change, including our right to end the Agreement on 30 days' notice under clause 9.6 and your right to end it free of charge.

21.4 Versions

Each version of these Terms from the version of September 15, 2026 onwards, of the Refund Policy that applies with it and of the model withdrawal form remains available, unchanged, at an address that contains the date of the version, and we e-mail it to the Admins of your Account as clause 1.9 describes. Versions in force before September 15, 2026 were published only on our website, without a dated address, and we keep a copy of each of them. On request by e-mail, we send you again the version that applied to you, including a version in force before September 15, 2026.

Annex A. Data Processing Addendum

This Annex A forms part of the Agreement. In it, "data protection law" means the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data of Türkiye (KVKK) and any other data protection law that applies to the processing of personal data in Log Records. Terms such as "controller", "processor", "personal data", "processing" and "personal data breach" have the meaning given in the applicable data protection law.

A.1 Scope and roles

This Annex applies when Log Records contain personal data that is subject to data protection law. For that personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. If you process that personal data as a processor for your own client, we are your sub-processor, and you confirm that your client has authorised you to use us. Personal data for which we are the controller, such as account, billing, security and diagnostic data, is outside this Annex and is described in the Privacy Policy.

A.2 Description of the processing

Our ingest service does not add the IP address of the sending device to Log Records.

A.3 Instructions

We process personal data in Log Records only on your documented instructions. The Agreement, your configuration of the Service (Projects, Collections, Retention Periods, Team Members and keys) and your use of the Service, including making Log Records available to AI clients you connect, are your documented instructions. We tell you immediately if, in our opinion, an instruction infringes data protection law. If the law requires us to process personal data otherwise, we tell you before we do so, unless that law forbids it.

A.4 Confidentiality

We ensure that persons we authorise to process personal data in Log Records are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

A.5 Security measures

We apply the following technical and organisational measures:

You are responsible for the measures within your control, in particular redacting data before it is sent, keeping keys and passwords safe, managing Team Members and choosing Retention Periods that suit your purposes. We may update these measures, provided the overall level of security is not reduced.

A.6 Sub-processors

You give us general authorisation to use sub-processors that host, operate, deliver and protect the infrastructure of the Service. We use these sub-processors:

The Service does not put Log Records into the e-mails we send. Our e-mail service provider, Google (Google Workspace, described in our Privacy Policy), processes content of Log Records only if you or we include it in an e-mail, for example when you send us an extract with a support request. Please send us only the content we need to handle your request.

We tell you by e-mail to the Admin addresses at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor. You may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may end the Agreement before the change takes effect, and we credit the unused part of the paid Billing Period to your Balance and refund your unused Balance that you paid for through Paddle. We remain responsible to you for the performance of our sub-processors as for our own, including under Article 12(2) of Law No. 6698.

A.7 Requests from data subjects

If we receive a request from a data subject about Log Records and can identify that it relates to your Account, we pass it on to you and do not answer it ourselves, unless you instruct us otherwise. You can act on such requests in the Service, in particular by deleting Collections and by choosing Retention Periods. The Service has no function to delete individual Log Records. On your documented instruction by e-mail that identifies the Log Records concerned, for example by Collection, time range and search terms, we delete them within 30 days and confirm the deletion to you. On request, we also assist you with other requests, taking into account the information available to us.

A.8 Assistance

Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to us, we assist you with your obligations on security of processing, notification of personal data breaches, data protection impact assessments and prior consultation of supervisory authorities.

A.9 Personal data breaches

We notify you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach affecting Log Records. As the information becomes available, we give you the information you need about the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of data subjects and records concerned, its likely consequences and the measures taken or proposed. You remain responsible for notifying supervisory authorities, including the Personal Data Protection Board of Türkiye, and data subjects where the law requires it.

A.10 Deletion

Log Records are deleted at the end of their Retention Period, when you delete the Collection or Project that contains them, and when the Account is closed (clause 9.4). Clause 10.3 applies to backup copies. You are responsible for retrieving any Log Records you need before they are deleted.

A.11 Information and audits

We make available to you all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Annex. We allow audits by you or by an independent auditor you appoint who is bound by confidentiality, on at least 30 days' notice. An audit is first carried out by written questionnaire and by reviewing documents, and on site only if that is not sufficient or a supervisory authority requires it. Audits are at your cost and take place at most once in any 12 months, unless a personal data breach has occurred, there are indications of non-compliance with this Annex, or a supervisory authority requires it.

A.12 International transfers

Where you are subject to the GDPR and your use of the Service involves a transfer of personal data to us in Türkiye, the standard contractual clauses approved by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 apply and are incorporated into this Annex: Module Two where you are a controller and Module Three where you are a processor. Clause 7 applies. Under Clause 9(a), Option 2 applies with a notice period of 30 days. The optional wording in Clause 11(a) does not apply. Clause 13 is completed according to your establishment or, where applicable, your representative. Under Clause 17, Option 1 applies and the law of Ireland governs; under Clause 18, the courts of Ireland are chosen. Annex I of the clauses is completed by clauses A.1 and A.2 and by the details of the parties in the Agreement, and Annex II by clause A.5. If the European Commission adopts standard contractual clauses for importers that are themselves subject to the GDPR and those clauses become required, the parties will use them.

Where you are subject to the UK GDPR, the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the UK Information Commissioner applies to those clauses, with its tables completed by this Annex; for Table 4 of that Addendum, neither party may end it when the Approved Addendum changes. Where the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies, the clauses apply with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner as the competent authority for transfers under Swiss law, and references to Member States include Switzerland.

Log Records are stored in the European Union and pass through Cloudflare's network, which may process them in any of its data centres, including in the United States (clause A.6); we operate the Service from Türkiye (clause 10.6). Cloudflare processes personal data protected by the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection under its Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of Cloudflare's customer agreement and, for the transfers it covers, includes the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and adaptations for Switzerland. We transfer personal data in Log Records from Türkiye to another country, including to a sub-processor, only as Article 9 of Law No. 6698 allows. On request, we tell you which Article 9 mechanism applies to each sub-processor concerned. Where that law requires you, as controller, to be a party to a standard contract for such a transfer, we sign with you the applicable standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Board, and the party that transfers the data notifies it to the Personal Data Protection Authority within 5 business days after it is signed.

If there is a conflict, these clauses prevail over this Annex and the rest of the Agreement.

A.13 Requests from public authorities

If we receive a legally binding request from a public authority for personal data in Log Records, we tell you about it unless the law forbids us to, and we challenge a request that we consider unlawful where it is reasonable to do so.

A.14 Liability and precedence

Clause 14 applies to this Annex, except where the standard contractual clauses do not allow a limitation of liability and except towards data subjects. If there is a conflict, the standard contractual clauses prevail, then this Annex, then the rest of the Agreement.

Annex B. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the Agreement. You may also withdraw with any other clear statement or with the "Withdraw from contract here" function in the Dashboard (clause 12.2).
