How it works

Create an account in the dashboard and start logging with free collections.
When you add extra collections or longer retention, your monthly cost is calculated automatically.
Top up your balance in the panel; monthly charges are deducted from it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a separate charge for log volume? +

No. There is no per-log pricing. You are only charged for extra collection slots and retention beyond the default 2 weeks.

How is retention cost calculated? +

Each collection includes 2 weeks for free. Every week beyond that costs $2/month. For example, 5 weeks of retention = 3 extra weeks → +$6/mo.

What happens if my balance is insufficient? +

You can track your balance and monthly cost from the dashboard. If your balance does not cover the monthly charge, the panel shows a warning; top up to keep going.

How long does SDK setup take? +

With the dotnet add package pinqloq command and a few lines of configuration, you can start logging within 5 minutes.
