2. Personal data we process
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored encrypted).
- Billing data: balance, transaction history, purchased service/subscription details.
- Service (log) data: the log records you send from your applications, project and collection information.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, usage and access logs.

- Providing the Service and performing the contract.

4. Retention periods
Your personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in applicable law. Your log/service data is retained for the data-retention period you select in your account, after which it is deleted or anonymized. When you close your account, your data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where legal retention obligations apply.

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, with our hosting, payment and infrastructure providers, and with legally authorized public authorities. Data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
